AOL.com wanted to support American heroes by assembling Operation Gratitude Care Packages for U.S. troops. In addition to snacks and entertainment items, AOL wanted to include personalized letters of support and gratitude from compassionate Americans. The microsite does just that – turning a potential logistical nightmare into a fun, interactive and efficient way to collect letters.
