A great evening.

A small, hopefully constructive suggestion to the organizers, if they're reading this--next time, better mics! I really wanted to hear what the speakers had to say, but the din in the room and the screechy mic made it tricky.

Other than that, what a fantastic night! The place was packed with a variety of people, and not all of them were from the new media sphere--a testament not only to great event promotion, but to entrepreneurial Vancouver's eagerness to engage and interact. Diverse turnout at events like this bodes well for our city.
