Channel M Multivision Television is Vancouver’s Multicultural Television Station. They do in-house productions and work with independent producers. They create 55 hours per week of local programming featuring multilingual news, entertainment and lifestyles programming; international movies with English subtitles; as well as English language “classics” and hit shows.
Channel M needed a facelift and a system to allow them to update site copy, images, and video (over 5 gb). Using Invoke Media’s content management system, site editors with minimal training are able to update, communicate information and current events in real time on the website.
Invoke also developed a content management intranet to allow for rapid internal communication and planning. The intranet contains community building features such as forums, announcements area, gallery and suggestion box. These features are accessible to registered members only upon the approval of the channelm administration.
