On Thursday 25 March 2010, Twittizens around the globe will be coming together offline in their respective cities to raise both money and awareness for Concern, a charity dedicated to bringing education to the world’s poorest children. Founded� by Amanda Rose three years ago, Twestival (or Twitter Festival) was designed to harness social media for social good.
Last week, Invoke was featured in a CBC segment profiling the impact social media has had at the 2010 Olympic Games, and the role it is predicted to play in the upcoming 2012 Olympic games in London. The CBC segment featured our video conversation tool, Vidrollr, the freshest social web application out of the Invoke laboratory since HootSuite.
Something to brighten up this dreary day! Invoke has been heavily involved with VIFF and it just so happens that we have four tickets to the VIFF closing gala that is taking place this Friday October 16th.
