• Interactive Designer / Coder

  Description

  We're entering an exciting time in our business and require an outgoing individual to bring on board. Our company is a rapidly growing Interactive Agency in need of a detail oriented designer/coder. Work in an exciting and fast-paced casual environment and join a vibrant team of thought leaders, web dev and marketing professionals.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with account reps and clients to form creative vision
  • Develop website architecture
  • Present and defend design decisions to clients
  • HTML/CSS coding

  The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Great sense of style and design
  • 2+ years of experience in interface design
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe suite of design tools (Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • An understanding that form and function must balance
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A professional approach to your work
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must have a great sense of humor

  Nice to Have

  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Flash
  • JavaScript experience
  • Knowledge of PHP

• LAMP Developer

  Description

  Developing industry leading web applications is what we are known for and we have several new ones on deck. We need some amazing developers to help us execute and bring these to market.   Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Finding creative ways to enhance our product features while writing less code
  • Defining architectural elements for new projects
  • Supporting the team's goals while addressing business priorities
  • Enjoying the challenge of developing up-and-coming market leading products

  The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3+ years PHP experience
  • Experience leveraging third party tools to build unique solutions
  • Experience with web services or general web-based applications
  • Working knowledge of open source content maagement systems (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
  • Database knowledge, preferably working experience with MySQL
  • Ability to go beyond the predefined technologies and suggest new tools
  • Equally comfortable working in Linux and Windows
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Present a professional approach to your work
  • Buzzword compliance - security, encryption, version control, Agile practices, LAMP, AJAX
