Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has banned his kids from using Google. It makes me wonder: does he really think the Microsoft-provided service is superior?

Seemed like a good idea at the time, but maybe a little more strategic thought was in order.

Big news for basecamp fans. The basecamp API was released this weekend.

Basecamp is a unique project collaboration tool. Projects don’t fail from a lack of charts, graphs, or reports, they fail from a lack of communication and collaboration. Basecamp makes it simple to communicate and collaborate on projects.

The API allows developers to extend functionality for the existing basecamp application (long requested).
